Community Supported Agriculture Program

Our farm is the agricultural program operated through the Wood County Board of Developmental Disabilities. Individuals with developmental disabilities have the unique opportunity to participate in all facets of the operation.

Some individuals utilize the farm for therapeutic purposes while others for vocational training. As the farm grows more individuals are employed at the farm.

We are able to operate throughout the year by utilizing greenhouse space and season extending practices.

Plants and vegetables grown on the farm are:

Used in landscaping projects
old as Community Supported
Agriculture (CSA) shares
used in the Wood Lane School cafeteria
donated to several local charities
